Good morning all. Today ,I have to leave early. One of our regular customer is having a seminar and we have to get the food and beverage ready by 8-30 am.They are one of our local car industry Perodua. All the stuff are in the luton van and we set off at about 7-15 am.Usually the journey would take about half an hour or less.But when we reached halfway of the journey there was a long and massive jam.We managed to squeeze to the left and got off to an alternate route which would get us to the nearby Pasir Gudang highway.Got there at about 8-00 am.I brought along my two sons to help me out. They always help me during their school holidays. We managed to get all things ready by 8-30.Since we haven't had breakfast,we decided to go to a nearby hypermarket to get something to eat.Bought some groceries while we were at tesco.Well tesco have been in malaysia for the past couple of years.I remember the days when i was studying in england,tesco was the place that i would go to get all the household stuff.But then, this is part of progress. You can get almost anything anywhere nowadays. After breakfast we went back to Perodua and this is where I am at the moment. Thought I'd write something while waiting for them to finish at 12-00.
Perodua is the 2nd local car industry in this country.They produced small capacity cars compared to Proton which produced the bigger capacity ones. I bought one of their first automatic kancil model in the 90s.It was small and economical.One day we took it to a trip to Penang. Penang is about 700 km from our city Johor Bahru.Well we got there and though we didn't get to drive fast,we did have a comfortable and cool trip.Perodua has gone a long way since then.To me personally,Perodua has managed and produced better cars compared to its bigger brother.
